These islands are the Kingdom of Tonga. Fewer than 40 of the islands are inhabited now and the populations number is under 100,000.

CLIMATE is pleasant and slightly cooler than that of most tropical areas. Average temperature is 24 degrees Celsius.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Most Nationalities require a Passport valid for 6 months from Arrival.

CURRENCY The Tongan Dollar or pa’anga. Major credit cards are accepted at most hotels, and restaurants.
